Children are immersed in real-world science and technology challenges. Teams build LEGO-based robots and develop research projects. Through their participation, children develop valuable life skills and discover exciting career possibilities while learning that they can make a positive contribution to society.

May 5 – FIRST Team RoundUP at SPACE Day - 11:40-12:10 Mini FLL Workshop and Networking
May 7 – FIRST opens FLL Team Registration at 12pm ET
May 12 – FLL Coach Training at Cincinnati Mills
May 15 - 6:30-8:00 pm FLL Rookie Coach Training at iSPACE. Register for workshop here.
May 15 – 5:00-7:00 pm FLL NXT-G Programming Coach Training in Dayton
May 22 – 5:00-7:00 pm FLL Time & Team Management Coach Training in Dayton
June 23 – 9:00 am-2:00 pm Advanced NXT Programming Workshop for Coaches at iSPACE. Registration is required.
August 28 – FIRST reveals Senior Solutions Challenge
September TBD – 2012 FLL “SENIOR SOLUTIONS” Challenge iSPACE Kickoff Event
November TBD – Training for area Judges and Referees
November/December – Regional Tournaments
