iMISSION – STS (Space Training Simulation)

An iMISSION at iSPACE can help build stronger, more effective teams with a richer understanding of key skills necessary to succeed in today’s workforce. During an iMISSION,  participants are transported to a space setting where interrelated teams work together to successfully complete the mission.  All participants receive pre-flight training and then work to achieve the mission goals on a remote space base.

LEGO Serious Play

Someone glancing through a window at a LEGO Serious Play session might think it all looks like just fun and games. When you’ve experienced it for yourself, you’ll know nothing could be farther from the truth since LEGO Serious Play is actually serious business!

LEGO Serious Play is an innovative, experiential process that deepens the reflection process and supports an effective dialogue for everyone in the organization. It is based on the belief that everyone can contribute to the discussion, the decisions and the outcome.

The use of LEGO elements simply enables you to take a speedy shortcut to the core. The LEGO pieces work as a catalyst – and when used for building metaphors, they trigger processes that you were previously unaware of.  LEGO Serious Play invites all participants to take an active part in the process. The common language – LEGO elements – treats everyone as equals and allows all opinions and aspects to be heard. In a very short amount of time, you will be able to see what everyone knows inside the company – and maybe what they don’t know they know!
Participants come away with skills to communicate more effectively, to unleash their creativity and to approach their work with increased confidence, commitment and insight.

iPLAY (Only Big Kids Allowed)

Here’s your chance to play well with others!  Join the crew at iSPACE for a fun experience in Rocketry and LEGO Robotics.

These iSPACE programs are available for corporate retreat events.  They offer a way to boost morale and provide opportunities for employees to spend a day getting to know each other while participating in fun and exciting programs.  Even grown-ups need a play day!
